What's the Early Builder Warrants Program?

BitCorn is building long-term financial infrastructure for agriculture. Early node operators help lay that foundation.

 

To align long-term incentives, BitCorn offers warrants (the right, but not the obligation, to purchase company shares in the future) to early BitCorn Node customers.

 

This program mirrors the Bitcoin halving model—rewarding early participants more than later ones. The first 150 BitCorn Node customers receive warrants for 500 shares. The next 300 customers receive warrant for 250 shares. And so on, until we get to 10,000 nodes. This mirrors Bitcoin's own halving design, block reward reducing by half on a regular schedule. Bitcorn's aim is to reward early participants for taking early risk and building infrastructure before it was widely understood. There's no obligation. This is not investment advice or solicitation.
