Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly am I buying for $500?
You are purchasing a custom-built BitCorn Node—physical hardware configured to run Bitcoin and Lightning software locally—plus guided setup and ongoing support from the BitCorn team. The node is yours. It lives where you choose and operates under your control. The node runs the open-source software independently checks and enforces Bitcoin’s rules. You will join about 23,000 other individuals from around the world that run a node, bringing additional strength to the network and blockchain that is Bitcoin. By running a. node, you don’t trust someone else’s records—you verify them yourself.

Is this just software?
No. The BitCorn Node is physical infrastructure you own, not an app or hosted account. BitCorn software runs on your node, not on BitCorn servers. As does the Bitcoin software.

How do I access my node?
You can access your BitCorn Node from:

* Your smartphone
* A tablet
* A computer

The BitCorn team will help you configure secure access during setup so you can view
balances, send bitcoin, and manage your node remotely.
You do not need to be technical.

Do I control my bitcoin?
Yes.
The BitCorn Node is designed for self-custody. You control the keys. BitCorn does not
hold your bitcoin, cannot move it, and cannot access it.
If you control the keys, you control the bitcoin.

If someone steals my node, do they steal my bitcoin?
No.
The node itself does not give someone access to your bitcoin. Access requires
cryptographic keys and credentials that are not usable simply by possessing the
hardware.
During setup, BitCorn helps customers configure proper security practices to protect
against theft, loss, or unauthorized access.

Is there a warranty?
Yes.
BitCorn Nodes include a 1-year limited hardware warranty, covering defects in
materials or workmanship under normal use.

What if my node needs repairs or service?
If your node experiences an issue:

* Contact the BitCorn team
* We’ll help diagnose the problem
* If repair or replacement is required, we’ll guide you through next steps

BitCorn is building long-term infrastructure and stands behind the hardware it ships.

Is BitCorn an exchange?
No.
BitCorn builds infrastructure that allows producers to interact with Bitcoin directly. When
users choose to buy, sell, or transfer bitcoin, BitCorn integrates with third-party
services—but custody always remains with the user.

What if I want to move bitcoin off my node or exchange it for dollars?
You can:

* Send bitcoin from your node to another wallet
* Transfer bitcoin to an exchange
* Convert bitcoin to dollars using supported services

The bitcoin is yours to move, exchange, or hold as you see fit.

What is the BitCorn subscription?
The subscription provides access to BitCorn software and services, including:

*The BitCorn Dashboard interface
* Integrated tools and workflows
* Software updates and improvements

* Ongoing technical support

The subscription does not pay for custody. Custody is yours regardless.

Why does BitCorn guarantee the Bitcoin-based subscription price will go down
over time?

BitCorn is building shared infrastructure.
As more nodes come online:

* Costs are spread across more participants
* The network becomes more efficient
* Software delivery improves

BitCorn works to reflect the full ethos of Bitcoin: If your money gets more valuable over
time, it will buy more. The prices for everything you buy, in a functioning market, should
go down over time.

What happens if I stop paying the subscription?
You can cancel the subscription at any time.
If you cancel:

The node remains yours
Your bitcoin remains fully self-custodied
The node continues to function as a Bitcoin node

You will no longer have access to BitCorn’s proprietary software, dashboards, or
services—but your bitcoin and node are unaffected.

What happens if BitCorn closes or shuts down?
Your node continues to operate.

Because:

* The hardware is yours
* Bitcoin runs independently of BitCorn
* Custody is self-managed

Even if BitCorn were no longer operating, your bitcoin remains accessible and under
your control.
This is a core design principle—not an afterthought.

Is the BitCorn Node an investment product?
No.
The BitCorn Node is infrastructure, not a financial product. Its value comes from:

* Ownership
* Reduced counterparty risk
* Improved financial rails

Not from speculation.

Who supports me if I have questions or issues?
The BitCorn team. Cael, Karan, Ethan, or Kevin.
Real people. Real support.
No ticket maze. No bots.

Does Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Massachusetts) endorse BitCorn?
Definitely not. Fierce scolding.
